Jacqueline Queneau is a historian who has written many books on the art of the table, including La grande histoire des arts de la table [The Grand History of the Art of the Table], published by La Martinière. In the last few years, she has lectured in France and abroad on the rules of the French art of living, including in Moscow for Hermès’ VIP clients, and in Beirut, where she conducted seminars for bank executives, diplomats, teachers and military officers, and most recently at the Château de Versailles for “gastronomy month.”
