Michael Steven Smith是一位纽约市的律师，也是美国宪法权利中心的董事。他写过一本书 Notebook of a Sixties Lawyer: An Unrepentant Memoir and Lawyers You’ll Like，也合著过一本书 The Emerging Police State 。
