关于作者:

Dr Sula's career in health psychology was inspired by her own experience of chronic health issues. She has worked in leading research labs in King's College London, where she did her PhD and in the NHS where she lead a therapy service for people with long term health conditions. 


Her specialism is in improving the psychological, physical and personal effects of trauma, stress and chronic illness. Using only the most evidenced and effective protocols she helps her clients to improve physical symptoms as well as establish more confidence and calm in their lives. 

 

Dr Sula has her mind-body research published in leading peer-reviewed academic journals and is frequently featured in the media including The Telegraph, Guardian, Women's Health and Psychologies Magazine.
